SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS & BATH:

3 bedrooms:

     - one room has a queen size bed

     - one room has two twin beds

     - one room has a double bed

- pull out couch in living room that sleeps 2

- one bathroom with tub and shower

- outdoor bunkie with two twin beds - the kids

   love it!!!

 

 

RATES:

June/July/ August:

$250 per night (inclusive of HST)

Previous guests shall receive a 10% discount off this rate

Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay (inclusive of HST)

September through May:

$175 per night (inclusive of HST)

Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay (inclusive of HST)

a 25% deposit is required to book and the balance is due two weeks before your stay. A credit card number on file is required in case of damages. For groups larger than 7 (only permitted with specific permission from owners), there is an additional charge of $25 per extra person per night.

RESTRICTIONS:

- no pets allowed (no exceptions regardless of size, behaviour, or training- we know pets are part of your family, but we want Evergreen Valley Retreat to remain a wildlife sanctuary for others to enjoy. We'd be happy to provide you with contact information for a nearby kennel so you can pick up your furry friend for day trips)

- no wifi (we mean it when we say "retreat" - we did some serious questioning of friends, family, and the general public and were very surprised that the majority said "no wifi!!!")

- limit of 7 people at the cottage at any time unless specifically approved by hosts on a case by case basis

Conveniences provided include:

- furnace & air conditioning

- water cooler (you must bring your own water jugs)

- dishes, cutlery, pots & pans/cooking utensils

- dish cloths/dish towels

- television, DVD player, assortment of DVDs

- picnic table for outdoor dining

- propane barbecue

- basic first aid kit

- board games, cards, puzzles, puzzle books, colouring books & crayons

- books

- reference material & maps for area events and attractions

- firepit (subject to local bylaws and fire restrictions in force from time to time)

- 20 x 40 in-ground saltwater pool with diving board & slide

- hot tub

- life jackets of various sizes (mostly small children and youth sizes)

- youth sit on kayak

- 2 adult kayaks

- hammock

Items You Are Required to Bring:

- bedding & pillows

- towels

- bathroom items such as toilet paper & personal toiletries

- food & drinks

- paper towels

- water (we are on a well and do not guarantee the water is potable)(there is a water cooler so feel free to bring a jug)

- firewood

You may find that others have left food/non-perishable items/toiletries behind for your convenience, however be prepared in case they haven't. Please be courteous and return the favour.
